I have the worst time Googling Polish recipes for this exact reason–I remember how the word sounds but no clue how it’s spelled. I will be making more of your recipes in the future. I made your recipe several times last year and batch #1 of the 2016 pre-Lenten season today. I use Polaner spreadable fruit, raspberry, about 1/2 a 10-oz jar fills one batch.
Combine confectioners’ sugar, lemon juice and milk in a large mixing bowl. Use a Stir well with a whisk or large spoon or spatula to make a smooth, shiny, rich and pourable glaze. Turn it out onto a floured cutting board or counter top and knead with floured hands for 5 minutes, turning and scraping, adding flour very parsimoniously as you go. Set aside to rest and bloom, while you prepare the flour mixture.
